The specifics about the cafe or restaurant should be unimportant from the
point of view of the actual identity of the locale (unless they are paying
you a bunch of money to mention their name) In any case you should stay away
from blatent product endorsement unless and only from the reason outlined
above. Why not just describe the location in detail which will prompt the
producer to use that location to shoot the scene anyway.
