I don't see any problem using the names, but if you feel a bit
uncertain about it you can just make up a name for the place and
describe it like the ones you want to use.

I think they used Johnny's in Pulp Fiction, or was it Resevoir Dogs,
and that's a real place. Quinton has also used Roscoe's Chicken and
Waffle's in a script and that place also exist.
