I'm in the midst of writing a script based on a lesbian relationship between a
native and a white woman (POLLEY) and would ask her if this is a topic she'd
like to take on that would involve nudity but also the relative few natives who
will admit having same sex tendencies. There have been some bad examples of
'outed' natives and homophobia. Not even mentioning the caledonia blockades and
other planned protests on both sides. In an increasingly tense atmosphere how
would the relationship survive or even can it? Ideally I'd pair her with native
actress Alex Rice.
