Hi ladies,
LONG time no type. It's amazing the response I've gotten from the
Booker DVDs stuff. It has been about 13 months since I first came
here, but I still get an occassional e-mail asking about Booker DVDs.
Here's the latest:
1. Yes, Stephen J. Cannell still owns the rights.
2. No, he still has no plans whatsoever to release Booker on DVD.
3. Yes, you can still get UNOFFICIAL DVDs of the series.
Now, as always, I do not "sell" the Booker DVDs to you, as that might
be deemed "illegal." I sell you an envelope for whatever the price
may be, then I GIVE you, for free with purchase of envelope, some DVDs
that seem to contain all of the Booker episodes, in order. In no way
am I "selling" the Booker DVDs to you. You're paying for the envelope
and perhaps the shipping/handling charge. But if you purchase my
envelopes and indicate that you want the free bonus of Booker on DVD,
that is what you shall receive as your free bonus.
Anyhow, for anybody interested in this or in simply discussing Booker
or 21 Jump Street, or anything else interesting, you can send an e-
mail to damiencorso@...
If you're worried about quality or my reputation, ask around, check
old messages on this board (just search the term "Booker") and you'll
see that I am indeed very reputable. The reason I do this is b/c
Cannell still refuses to let Booker out of his vault. If the series
ever makes it to DVD or any other commercial format (blu-ray or
otherwise), I'll no longer offer this. I'll get the commercial Booker
and will encourage you all to get it too.
I highly encourage anybody that hasn't to purchase/rent the entire
series of 21 Jump Street, watch it from Episode 1 until the end.
Excellent show. Booker was good too, not AS good as 21 Jump Street,
but it had it's own style. Unfortunately, Fox didn't give it a chance
to grow and pulled the plug too early. Remember, this same network
cancelled Firefly, Arrested Development, and Family Guy [though Family
Guy thankfully made it back on-air].
Oh yeah, here's the lame Booker site I made a while back:

Again, my email is: damiencorso@...
Cheers,
