Hey there! This is Blaze or Anne (depending on the group) with the tally for the American Cancer Society Donation sponsored by www.dominiclucero.com As of right now we have 316.00!!!! That's an AMAZING AMOUNT! I know there were a few people that still wanted to send something. I am going to be sending out this donation on Friday, so I need every donation by Thursday.
Everyone that donated should have received an email from me. If you did not, please email me back so I can make sure I have your amount here. Also, if you want another name besides your newsie name to go on the donation card, please let me know.
Beginning in October, Maddy and I are starting the ACS Campaign for 2003. We're going to be more organized, with incentives for donators. We'll be sending out pictures, posters, and other special items to those who donate. Also, Maddy is designing a t-shirt that we will be selling from cafepress.com. All proceeds from the t-shirt sales will go to the ACS. Once again, donations will be sent around the end of August, so there is a year to save up to donate!
Again, thanks to all the donators! You all really made a difference and both Maddy and I are extremely excited about this year's response!
