Yes, They are posted in the files section.
I got the files to Darren Murren who had his dome guy look at them. We needed at least 10 domes to do a run. I coundt promise that many so the idea fizzled.
But if we can get enough people we can get R7 Domes for the same price as the R2 ones.

Andy was looking at making an aluminum R7 dome.
