I saw an early version of "One Night With the King," before it was completely edited, since I am a student at God Chasers International Ministry School--an extension of Tommey Tenney's ministry. (Tommey Tenney is the writer and co-producer of "One Night With the King.") Tommey spoke a few words to us students before and after the film, and warned us of the early version's incomplete musical scores, unpolished computer graphics, and rough scene cuts. Even though the preliminary screening that I saw had all these unfinished aspects, the movie was still so good that I hardly noticed time go by while watching it! The storyline flowed smoothly and continuously, the acting (except for maybe two actors) was absolutely excellent, the lessons taught included the treasure of individuality and the importance of relationship instead of performance in order to gain others' approval. This film
is a masterpiece, and all ages should see it at the theatres. (Some parental guidance is necessary for children to understand what is going on.)
