Please pardon me if this is off topic.

I'm going to be bringing a partner on to help with a script.

I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions on finding agreements that we
can look at, to protect both of ourselves.

I'm also going to stipulate that I own the copyright, even though we
share the credit. I believe this will make selling or producing the
script easier. Although this is un paid for both of us, we would split
revenues (if any.)

If anyone has any thoughts or experiences in this area they would like
to share, I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Hi Steven, I¹ve no copies of agreements, but I do say you are at least dealing with this correctly in getting it all on paper. Make sure you are both happy...

Steven,   Despite the no pay/share equally approach, there is no way around needing a work-for-hire agreement with your partner. Typically it will be separate...
