the two groups should run in parallel. Yahoo is a proven platform,
handles thousands of members seamlessly, etc.

LinkedIn is still new, changing rapidly, discussion groups are a part
of it but that's not a high priority, paid/unpaid status greatly
affects things (not always for the better) etc. It is still a mystery
to most how/when to join groups there and how/when/what digests to
receive - this seems to vary and is quite confusin for now.

Hi Jeremy, Yes, they do and it frankly, just seems like a more valuable networking tool than Yahoo. It's just too easy to get lost in the noise here on Yahoo...

I beleive Google Groups will let you add a previous group as an EMAIL ADDRESS so when you post to the yahoo group it will broadcast over the google group as...

I need to agree that moving the group to a LinkedIn format may not work as well. The strength of the dialogue is just that, a dialogue, a thread of discussion...
