Steve and Barry's   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #19413 of 19611 |
Hi folks,
This list sure has been quiet lately.

Just wanted to let everybody know (if anybody is reading this that is) that I
recently went into a Steve and Barry's Sportswear store (they are all over the
midwest - not sure how far reaching they are in other parts of the country
though) and they had four different Princess Bride T-shirts. One was dark brown
and just had the Princess Bride logo on it, a light tan shirt had Vezzini's face
on it and the caption was "Inconceivable", the third was black, had "the
hyppopotical land-mass" on it and said "I'm on the brute squad", and the last
one, which was the one I wanted the most and was no longer available in my size,
was grey and had Inego's face on it and the caption said, "You killed my father,
prepare to die."

Wow. That was a run-on sentence. With tons of misspelled words. But you all
get the idea. Best wishes to one and all. Jim (who is very disappointed with
the new Indiana Jones movie)

It's not bad at all, it's just not as good as the old ones. They were clever with it, in that now that it is taking place in the 50s, it's more referential to...
