Hi everyone,

I'm sorry I've been out of communication for what seems like forever!
It's been such a crazy summer for me -- I'm in the last field/lab season
for my PhD so I've been working really hard to try to get everything done
by the end of the summer. Plus, I have another reason to need to get a
lot done this summer in that I'm going to be having a baby (due date is
September 20th). It's definitely a scary thought -- I don't feel old
enough to be having a baby (even though I am 29). But it will be good; I
love babies and have always wanted one; it's just a little bit hard being
in the midst of my PhD. But it will be fine I'm sure. Anyway, we already
know we're having a boy and guess what name we've picked out?? Westley is
the first name. Westley James. Before you all laugh at me, it's not just
because of TPB. I was trying to think of names I really liked and Westley
was one that just stuck in my mind and soon surpassed all others as my
favorite. :) James is a family name on both my and Mike's side, which is
where the middle name came from.

Anyway, I just thought I'd share my news... sorry I've been so out of
touch! I hope to be better in the future.
