Welcome to the discussion group for the excellent actor Peter O'Meara. He's been seen in shows such as Alias, CSI: New York, Peacemakers and Without a Trace.
— O'Meara was first introduced to Hollywood in HBO's Steven Spielberg/Tom Hanks miniseries Band of Brothers. O'Meara had the challenging job of playing a non-sympathetic coward in a series that celebrated heroes. His performance earned him great critical recognition.
— In addition to his film background, O'Meara has worked in theater. He trained at the elite Samuel Becket Center at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. He performed on Dublin's acclaimed Abbey Theatre stage and was nominated Best Actor at the BBC's EMA awards. His big stage break came while playing in King Lear at the Royal Shakespeare Company.
— More recently, O'Meara played the lead in an education-based production of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. Watch the trailer here: Ichabod!.
