EVERY man fantasizes about placing their mitts on Pam Anderson's panties -- and
now they can!

But a fashion expert predicts the Stripperella star's plans to launch her own
line of lingerie this fall will flop with women.

"This has to be the first line of invisible underwear, because I don't think Pam
EVER wears underwear," says fashion guru Leon Hall.

Steve Goodman, director of business development at the consulting firm of
Graj+Gustavsen, disagrees.

He calls the ex-Baywatch babe "the quintessential gorgeous American blonde" and
predicts her marketability could potentially rival Jennifer Lopez.

But Hall thinks "the Queen of Silicone Valley" will fall flat on her butt.

"I don't see too many women wanting to dress like Pam Anderson," he says,
"unless they're lap dancers!"
