They still may not be getting along, but actress Pamela Anderson and Motley Crue
drummer Tommy Lee have at least reached an understanding where their two sons,
Brandon and Dylan, are concerned.
The couple has signed an agreement settling their bitter custody battle over the
boys and have submitted it for approval to the Superior Court, the AP reports.
When they divorced in 1998, the rock-n-roll duo originally agreed to share
custody of the children, but Anderson filed a petition in 2001 asking for full
custody, calling her ex-husband a bad role model who regularly abuses alcohol
and was physically abusive to her. She also claims that Lee infected her with
Hepatitis C via a shared tattoo needle.
According to Anderson's attorney, Suzanne Harris, the agreement the couple has
reached is very specific and details how the children should be raised and where
they will live. Included is an option giving Anderson the right to move Brandon
and Dylan with her to Michigan, where Anderson's fiance, Kid Rock, presides.
