I have just joined the fan club, I would be very interested in contacting any
fans of the lovely River. At first by email but maybe later in letter. To maybe
answer your questions, I have read a couple of biographys that point to it being
an accident. At the same time, they say he knew he was going to die. So who
knows! Myself I want to think that it was a tragic accident.
