Presented for the second year by Independent Pictures, Oscar Night®

Since its inception in 1994, the Oscar Night® America program has
generated funding for a wide spectrum of charitable organizations –-
every cent staying within the community where it was raised, none of
it going to the Academy.
The only Academy-sanctioned event in northeast Ohio, Cleveland Oscar
Night® America will recreate the excitement of the Academy Awards®
ceremony. The event will feature a live broadcast of the 77th
Academy Awards® Presentation, which is being televised by ABC Channel
5.
