SEEKING FILMMAKING TEAMS AND FILM TREATMENTS FOR SPARX IN THE CITY

As part of Flix and Sparx, an official Sparx in the City event in
Cleveland, Ohio, Independent Pictures is now accepting treatments for
films to be shot on August 15 during the next Sparx in the City
event.

Independent Pictures is requesting interested filmmaking teams to
submit, along with a summary of their filmmaking qualifications, edgy
concepts that depict urban life in Cleveland. Each team should write
a two-paragraph film treatment that could be done on one street
corner in downtown Cleveland and shot in one day–incorporating
any
activities that may be happening on the street. Call (216) 651-7315

you. There is no fee to apply and artist stipends are available for
the eight teams that are chosen. The deadline for entries is July 28.
