Celebrate Film and Independent Spirit at 2003 Summer Crush

Arts & Culture initiatives are helping to strengthen Cleveland's
image. Each is a major asset - crucial to attracting world-class
talent, creating educational vitality, strengthening our economy and
providing a positive environment in which to raise families.

The POWER of Independent Spirit will be celebrated by attending the
2003 Summer Crush on Saturday, August 2nd, 2003 at the The Odeon
Concert Club located at 1295 Old River Road in Cleveland, Ohio.

This event, hosted by Mike Polk of WUAB's (Channel 43) The Block,
features bands sponsored by Urban Dialect. They include: Kiddo of
Cleveland, Coffinberry of Cleveland, Ezra Reich (son of legendary
composer Steven Reich) of NYC, and another band TBA, sponsored by
Music Video Distributors of NJ. In addition: music videos sneak
preview (selected from submissions for the 2003 Ohio Independent Film
Festival), guest appearances including NYC's Music Video Director
Ryan McFaul, appetizers, giveaway and bundled raffle packages such
as: 2 nights stay at the Beverly Hills Hotel with 2 day passes to the
Universal Studios Hollywood Theme Park, $250 worth of toys, health
and beauty products, A night stay with brunch at the Marriot Hotel
Downtown, and others.

fundraiser will be $20 in advance, $25 at the door, and are available
