She was having troubles with a couple of the
co-stars, they didn't really like her but she stuck with it
anyways. She left on her own choice, and now she's doing
college, and she got married, there might be an actor's
strike due to contracts expiring, etc. There are many
reasons why she left. The main reason for her leaving
though was the problems on the set. She was first put on
the show to be Carter's wife, but he had a problem
with it because he thought it would be too weird for
him to be dating a collegue on the show. She came up
with the concept of her dying on the leaving of the
show herself, so she wasn't just killed off for a
