OK a bit of GENERAL info about our favourite lady ...

She was born around 1972 in Stepney, East London, her dad's a scrap metal
merchant and her mum was (is?) an interior designer. She went on to
Cambridge University with Sue Perkins, of 'Mel & Sue'. Her brother works in
demolition

I remember around the time that Touching Evil was being screened she was
quoted as saying something like "I love kids but I dont want any my brother
has three so I spoil them."

I'd suggest we are all a little careful about speculating in this group over
her private relationships - can we spell the word L-I-B-E-L? just a thought

There used to be a very informative one! It was http://www.nicolawalker.net
but sadly it's not there any more.

(Rather, the website name is being used by someone else now).

I know a bit about the old site - there was never any support from Nicola
Waker or her agent & there were other problems so finally the project was
binned :-(

Ive been following this actress for years now ever since she was in the
sitcom 'Chalk' on the
bbc.

Im completley sucked in by those eyes! obviously other than her piercing
eyes shes a great
actress serious and comical, sometimes at the same time - clever eh!.

Im just gob-smacked by the lack of information on her and her work... Its
brilliant to see that
the writers have involved her far more in the 3rd & 4th series of
'spooks' now airing - so
they can obviously see the potential to move into one of the main
characters. Its just a shame
the information on her hasnt kept up with her ever-growing popularity in
the UK and the US
where they aired 'touching evil'.

Give this actress far more air time after her Spooks role is over and
hopefully a web guy/girl
will take it upon themselves to create a nice site devoted to the charm of
Ms Walker... hint
hint!
