Please note that in order to join the TRACKING GROUP, you must provide us with your full name and where you work. We are unable to accept college students and people who haven't had a full-time job in the entertainment industry before on the tracking group.

Tracking Board Posting Rules:
1) The board is for work related purposes only. 3 instances of abuse will result in banishment from the board. Do not post apartment & roommate searches, ISO's for Westside Rentals log-ins, classifieds or any other messages not pertaining to the entertainment industry. A weekly board abuse document is posted every Friday for these inquiries, so please e-mail NGFBoardAbuse@gmail.com to include your posting.

2) Because of the large number of members on this board, do NOT REPLY ALL to a posting if you want the same information as the original poster (We call them "me too" e-mails). Ask the poster to send you the information as well when they receive it. Generally, if it's a large document (lists, sample contracts, tracking tools and festival grids), it will be shared with the whole group and posted in the files section.

3) When passing along information/messages from this tracking board, delete all traces of the original poster and mention of NEXT GEN FEMMES.

4) Respect the wishes of members who ask for information not to be shared with other tracking groups or reposted anywhere.

5) This board should be a resource for materials that are hard to get or questions that can't be answered with a simple phone call. I.E. - Do not pester the board for the phone # for Disney or CAA - you can look that up in a phone book. Restaurant recommendations can easily be found through Zagat's, Citysearch and newspapers. THINK BEFORE YOU POST.
