Being an intern just sort of meant doing whatever
the assistant director/2nd AD told us to. Lock down
and crowd control (I'm about 5' 3", so that was real
fun), keeping tabs on the cast/crew, getting stuff for
Jim, getting him or the actors from their trailers to
the set...One highlight was escorting RZA to his car
after they shot his scene, another was standing in the
back of the "social club" set, feeding a dog milk
bones so it wouldn't bark during the shoot, and another
was getting to stand at the top of the stairs during
the big shoot out in the mainsion, just a few feet
away from the action (I had to make sure the house's
residents weren't running around during the shoot).
