I am writing because I am new to the group.  I also just moved to Amherst to work at UMass from St. Louis, though I am from NY originally.  I am a big movie fan from box office hits to independent films.  I usually try to see all of the Academy Award nominees before the awards.
 
I am also looking forward to meeting some new people!

Welcome to the new group members!  We have had several new people sign up recently and still have around 150 members signed up for the listserv.  We haven't had in person meetings for a while.  Let's start them up again.
