Fellow Maureen McCormick Fans

I just recently joined the group as I was a closet Maureen McCormick
Fan back the 70's. I like the music she has done but mostly I
always
liked her take on life.

I am a little surprised at some of you. This is a nice little site
and a chance for a little interaction between this woman and the
people she might have touched at some point during their lives.

I like it because it is informal. I even thought that perhaps
Maureen might browse the site from time to time. She might want to
reminisce or simply get a feel for what folks think about her.

I am sure that there are plenty of sources out there on the net
where you can get pictures or whatever. I am approaching 45 years
old; I'm not a fan club kind of guy. I got the impression that
this
was a place to tell the lady how we feel about her.

The last few posts give me the impression that there is some
requirement for her to keep us as fans. That's just nonsense. If
she
ever touched your heart for even a brief moment in time she will
always be there. If however you spend your whole life thinking this
woman owes you something for loving her, well you are either
obsessed or petty.

I sincerely hope that Maureen never visits this site, no one need
more hurtful words in their life. If nothing happens on this board
for months or even years, so what. Look at how many people remain a
part of it. I mean, she hasn't been Marsha since I was a
teenager,
what do you expect?

If you want action, go to a bar. On the other hand I am very new and
may not understand this format. If I am wrong, please let me know.
