Not sure... Patricia seems all for doing a fest for Conclave, however.

Maybe best in fest can be shown on the website, with all other entries on
a subpage. Although interactive animations (ie games) are possible, I
doubt that we could properly exhibit them at a convention. So for the
purposes of a contest at Conclave it would be short flick animation.

Al! Are you listening? If michfanfilm could draw up rules, then Conclave
can forseeably plug your list as a sponsor. You interested?
