The city of Allen Park is in heavy discussions with a Hollywood studio executive(sic) with ties to Michigan who intends to build a $100 million film production studio in Allen Park, city officials said Tuesday.
[Note that the company isn't named. Most other articles I've found says that the deal is still pending. 'Heavy discussions...? wtf does that mean?]
