Additional notes from Mark:

The convention is on the Queen Mary Luxury Liner and we are using various
ballrooms at various times throughout the con. Our own theater is not large
enough for most con events but is also onboard. We have scheduled two showings
of the Spike and Mike Sick and Twisted Festival of Animation on Friday afternoon
so as not to conflict with con events and we can fit everyone in who wants to go
to one showing or the other.

We have also scheduled a Dance Til Dawn in our regular theater as a reception
after Shock Treatment in the Grand Ballroom on Friday.

AND We will be having a con edition of Rocky Stock, our annual multi cast
picnic, as the going away event for Sunday. This may be at the Queen Mary lawn
or at a nearby beach, depends on what kind of deal we can get on sunscreen.

People are already starting to register and the block of rooms closes several
weeks before the con because the hotel sells out every weekend. Be sure and
register or at least book your rooms well in advance. We are just now in the
time frame where we can start to approach some guests and will announce any as
they commit.
