Fellow Film Makers!
THE 48 HOUR FILM PROJECT – MIAMI, 2008
August 1-7, 2006
Make A Film in 48 Hours!
The 48 Hour Film Project, the first and biggest of the timed film
competitions, brings filmmaking teams together to make a movie from
scratch — teams write, shoot, edit and add music — all in just 48hours.
This year the 48HFP will visit 70 cities around the world.
And, of course, we are returning to South Florida—the weekend of
August 1-3!
Filmmakers will compete to see who can make the best short film in
only 48 hours.
The winning film will go up against films from around the world.
Each completed film will be screened to local judges and a full
audience, at the Byron Carlyle Theatre, in Miami Beach, in the week
following the competition (Wednesday, Aug.6 and Thursday, Aug. 7)
