Subject: Thrive Foundation For Youth Request

Danielle, 

It was great to connect with you today.   Thrive Foundation For Youth is supporting the Sequoia School District to redesign the Compass Summer School program.  The program has been designed for incoming 9th graders performing below grade level.  The objective of Compass is to turn on the youth's motivation for learning and leadership to prepare them to be successful in school and life.

The Leadership class curriculum teaching team has identified several movie clips they would like to integrate into their lesson plans that illustrate purpose and leadership.  We are looking for a volunteer to splice together approximately 45 minutes worth of clip sections onto a DVD with a menu for the teachers to use throughout the program.   It would be great to get 7 copies of the  DVDs.   We will have all of the scenes selected and identified by time no later than end of day Monday  June 8th.  The teachers need the final DVDs no later than the morning of Monday June 15th.
