STUDIO PRODUCTION (20 hrs)

MAKE YOUR OWN STUDIO SHOW.... OR STAR IN ONE!  You'll learn Producing, Directing, Cameras, Audio, Graphics and more, as well as have the opportunity to star in your own television program.  As a class, you will create your own cable TV show, which will air on our local channels to 30,000 households on the mid-Peninsula and stream live worldwide on the Internet

Dates: Friday, January 23^rd; Monday, January 26^th; Thursday, January 29th; Friday, January 30^th; and Friday, February 6^th

Time:  6-10 pm

FIELD LIGHTING (3 hrs)

Lighting makes all the difference between an amateur look & a professional one.  Elevate the production value of your video segments by understanding basic lighting techniques for both indoor & outdoor settings. Learn to work with lighting gear, as well as natural light, and enhance your scenes with gobos, filters, gels, & reflectors

Dates: Sat., February 7th

TAMING THE DEKO (THE BASICS) (3 hrs)

By popular demand—a 3-hour, hands-on workshop dedicated to learning the basics of Deko graphics operation: creating, designing, and displaying graphics; building title, transition, and credit sequences; navigating and managing files; learning keyboard shortcuts and, most importantly, tips to avoid Deko-induced frustration (working around its quirks)

Dates: Sat., February 21st

Time:  10 am - 1 pm
