This is the group site for Martin Landau fans to discuss his acting career, share thoughts, photos, and stories.
Martin Landau's career in film and television span the last 5 decades. His more noteable accomplishements are the Academy Award he recieved for his uncanny portrayal of faded film star Bela Lugosi in "Ed Wood" in 1994. Mr. Landau has also recieved 3 Golden Globe Awards, The Screen Actor Guild Award, 3 Cable Ace Nominations, and one Cable Ace Award, 3 Emmy Nominations, numerous Critics Awards, A Belgium Viewers Best Actor Award, Brazillian Saci Award. In December 2001 Mr. Landau was honored with a Star on the Hoolywood Walk of Fame. There are many more awards he has recieved including the Lifetime Achievement Award. This group is available so that people can come here and chat about his past and present events in television and movies. He is more notably known for his portrayal of Rollin Hand in "Mission Impossible" and Commander John Koenig in "Space:1999"
