DVDs and Future LFTH Parties

Thanks Dave for the kind words.  There will be more screenings/concerts coming up.  Folks have already come forward to lead the charge for NoVa and Richmond, as well as Philly, among other places.  Again, please let Deke or I know if you're interested in hosting or helping to organize a Live from the Hook screening/concert on your home turf.

As for DVDs, there will be an announcement sometime next week.
Andy

I had forgotten Chuck's hairdo of that post Corky era, the Ricco days.  thanks for the post, the boys are sounding pretty good there.  The Showing/concert was incredible, many thanks to all involved.  Kirby still knows how to throw a party.  This edition of THE movie is wonderful, seems like the guys got all the funny in, liked the way it flowed.  Good job.  Yes indeed we need some more "Live..from" get togethers for veiwing/rocking.  The bands all sounded so good Saturday it's hard to believe they don't play together all the time.  loved seeing all the old friends that made it in, as well as local hermits that made it out.  Well done, lots of fun, thanks much.
Now - where did you say we can order the DVD or can it be purchased locally?  Got mine BUT need to tell other folks other than "come over and watch it".  I'll keep an eye out for footage of what was being shot Saturday, too, as some great noise happened and it's fun to watch everyone playing so well together.  Special thanks to those posting photos here, I knew I'd want pictures, but also knew I couldn't hassle keeping track of my camera with all that fun going on so many bleesing for the shots.  Dave

So I was perusing YouTube and found these performances of Skip from
1988, someone from Charlotte,North Carolina videotaped this with a
hand held camera.

The footage is a little shaky, the audio pretty good.

Except for the film, this is as close to "vintage Skip" as one is
likely to get, with the exception that Corky is not playing drums.

A lot of your favorites here, about 15 songs

Hopefully it will stay up for a while, the last link I posted to a
Skip performance was taken down.
