Subject: [livefromthehook] News Flash: Screening on New Year's Eve

Dear Fans-

We are back with a new and improved version of Live From...the Hook,
and in just a few days you will have a chance to see the all of the
changes. We will screen the film at Vinegar Hill Theater in
Charlottesville at 9:15 on New Year's Eve. This is part of the First
Night Virginia celebration in Charlottesville, so you will need a
First Night button (www.firstnightva.org) to come in and see the
show. This is a general admission event with no reserved seating,
and there are about 200 seats available. The show will start
promptly at 9:15 following the First Night fireworks, and there will
be a short question and answer session following the show;
everything will be done by 10:45.

Since you last saw the film we have taken your suggestions and added
some really exciting extended live performance footage that we have
obtained since our premiere. We have also fixed lots of technical
glitches and made other refinements; we think that you will like
what we have done.

To make a perfect evening of it, Alligator (the awesome Grateful
Dead cover band featuring our heroes Bob Girard and Charlie
Pastorfield) will be playing at a "super secret location" just a few
blocks up the street from Vinegar Hill. Here is the skinny on that
show:
