Hey all,

There's been so much spam on this LS lately that I hope anyone still
reads it. We have what for us, at least, is a very special weekend
coming
up: Five of the six Charlottesville Allstars from our definitive
period, playing in our favorite places with our old friends the
Nighthawks, without whose help we might never have had a "definitive
period."

The lineup: Steve Bliley, guitar; me, guitar and voice; Paul
Hammond, drums and voice, Doug Jay, harmonica and voice; Steve Riggs,
bass. Regrettably, Lucile Ford (voice) can't be pried loose from
beach house construction in Kenya. Damn. Maybe next time.
