HOW TO ENTER

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES:
Images should be 27 x 40 inches, saved as jpeg or gif file format.
Entries must be in .GIF or .JPG formats. All other file extensions
will be ignored

Enter as many times as you like, but please email each entry
separately and be sure to include your name, email address, and a
contact phone number

The general theme and design of the entries must be in some way
symbolic of the meaning of life, love and or theories associated with
the meaning of life. Symbols and original taglines are welcome.

The film's title must appear on the poster and be in the Bradley Hand
ITC font

You may use the lead actor's name(s) in the design: Traven Rice,
Brenda Cooney and/or the Director's name Angela de la Bastide,
however it is not required

Space should be left on the bottom of the poster for credits and or
production logos associated with said film to be filled in by de la
Bastide Productions in the event your entry wins

Cast and Crew of Life, Ultimately and their immediate families are
not eligible to take part in this contest

All entries will be judged by a panel of 9 Life, Ultimately Cast and
Crew

Entries will be judged equally on the following criteria: 100% on the
creativity & originality of the Design as well as use of creating a
concept depicting film's overall message

Contest closes on Saturday, August 14th at midnight (EST). Any
entries received after this deadline will not be considered.
Winner(s) will be announced via email on Friday, August 20th and
listed in the September Life, Ultimately Newsletter Edition

PRIZES. Winning entrant will receive 4 complimentary tickets to the
NY premiere Cast & Crew Screening of Life, Ultimately (location TBA)
as well as a DVD copy of the film, an autographed movie poster and
signed script. 1st runner up entrant will receive 2 complimentary
tickets to the NY premiere Cast and Crew Screening of Life,
Ultimately (location TBA) as well as a DVD copy of the film and an
autographed script. 2nd runner up entrant will receive a DVD copy of
the film and an autographed script.

Disclaimer. de la Bastide Productions herein referred to as "sponsor"
does not assume responsibility for any late, misdirected, delayed,
lost, incomplete, scrambled or otherwise damaged Entries or for any
hardware, software, browser, computer, online, network, electronic,
human, telephone or technical malfunctions, difficulties or errors
that may occur. Furthermore, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify
any Entries it deems, in its sole discretion, to be obscene,
threatening or otherwise inappropriate. Sponsor reserves the right in
its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Contest or any portion
thereof should any cause beyond Sponsor's control disrupt, corrupt
and or compromise the administration, security or proper play of the
Contest or for any reason Sponsor deems necessary. Winning entrants
agree to allow sponsor to use the image and/or likeness of
participants design in exchange for said prize and agree that all
right, title and interest in and to the Design, in whatever format
and media now known or hereafter to become known, shall be and remain
the sole and exclusive property of de la Bastide Productions. Sponsor
shall have the right but no obligation to create movie posters
embodying the winning Design(s) and use the winning Design(s)
commercially as the "sponsor" sees fit.

By entering this contest you agree that if you are chosen as a Prize
Winner you must sign a hard copy of this acknowledgment before you
are eligible to collect the Prize. A parent/legal guardian is
required to execute the acknowledgment on behalf of a minor winner.
Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
By entering the Contest you hereby warrant and represent that all
information provided by you as part of the Entry is true, accurate
and complete, and that you are the creator of the Entry, the Entry is
original.

Notification of Prize Winner. Once the Prize Winner(s) has been
selected, Sponsor will contact the Prize Winner(s) via electronic
mail. Sponsor shall use the email addresses that were provided with
entries.

Use of Entrant's Identity and Name. By entering the Contest you
hereby agree to be bound by these Official Rules and that should you
be deemed a Prize Winner, Sponsor and Sponsor's designees may use
your name, likeness, name of your company or affiliation, and any
statements, quotes or testimonials, photographs, software, audio-
files or other such materials provided by you or requested of you,
for promotional and publicity purposes without further compensation.
You further agree that Sponsor and its subsidiaries, agents and
affiliates, partners and representatives can reproduce, distribute,
display, modify, reprint, perform, exhibit or otherwise use, and can
assign the rights to reproduce, distribute, display, modify, reprint,
perform, exhibit or otherwise use your Design promotionally without
limitation and without any further compensation to you.
