Ahavia, please don't visit these sites. They're 'bugs'. Most
legitimate people don't randomly name sites like that and they'll give
a description of the site in the message.

As to moderating spammers, it isn't possible because their address
keeps changing and they have 'bots that automate signing onto *many*
mailing lists. It's so widespread. Most people will delete and
ignore the messages.

The moderator of each list *needs* to set their list option to
moderate new members. Then that person has to keep watch of new
members' messages that are automatically queued for mod approval.
AFAIK, this is the only way.
