NEED YOUR SCRIPT ANALYZED BY A PRO ?   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #4259 of 4282 |

Are you wondering if your script is ready to go out to producers,
directors and stars?

Do you want to take your script to the next level, sell it quickly
and have it get made?

Do you know whether the script is ready for the marketplace, or what
to fix in the rewrite?

After examining your script's premise, tone, character development,
dialogue, plotting, structure, rhythm, pacing, format, and overall
marketability, Peter Myers will give you a spot-on, extensive write-
up showing which areas need work --- to give you a better shot at
selling it!

Peter has done this for indie production companies in which he was a
partner, and he became very sharp at it!

Peter has sold, written for hire, or optioned ten feature scripts and
has had a number of things produced for the media of syndicated
television and cable. In 2005, a script of his won an Honorable
Mention in the script competition at the Thunderbird Int'l Film
Festival.

Peter has been in dialogue with 2006 Oscar/Golden Globe nominee,
actor Terrence Howard – who asked him to work on a project. Peter has
also developed a script with Best Picture Oscar-winning producer,
Fred Roos.

Peter has himself produced short films and is producing one of his
own theatrical feature scripts in 2009 on a $5 million dollar budget,
so he analyzes scripts from the viewpoint of a writer/producer.

Peter began 2009 by being hired to write a suspense drama feature
film about a love triangle, and was also brought on as a script
consultant on two feature films going immediately into production in
Janauary, 2009: FROZEN, currently shooting in Alaska, and
KIDNAPPED, currently shooting in Los Angeles. Both scripts were
rapidly rewritten according to Peter's recommendations.

You can reach Peter at 323-821-7349, 323-464-8537 or email him at
peterdavidmyers@.... Peter's analysis fee is $250.00 -- 1-2
week turnaround. The writer gets an in-depth analysis that goes way
beyond "coverage", which usually only covers the script generally and
doesn't cover details. Peter's detailed analyses usually run,
single-spaced, anywhere from 7 or 8 pages up to 15 pages in length.
Average coverage is 2 or 3 pages.

service, go to the link below, then scroll to "Comments".

I came across Dutchers film Evil Angel at the Berlin film festival. Don't watch the trailer you might lose your testimony, some pretty graphic stuff.  I've...

Surely you jest. "You might lose your testimony?" IMO, anyone whose testimony is so fragile that a single trailer would cause them to lost it never had a...

"Don't watch the trailer you might lose your testimony, some pretty graphic stuff." The trailer is typical slasher movie gore, but it also shows quite a bit of...

That's one way of saying it, though back when I had a raging testimony, I loved slasher movies. Still do. Which brings up an interesting queston, at least...

To be honest, I was wondering about that same sentence. On one hand, the warning to not see the trailer is given together with the link to the actual trailer;...
