The LDS Film Festival Script Workshop is a hands-on writing workshop with the
goal of
completing a 7-page script by the end of the course. The scripts will then be
submitted to
be made into short films.
Participants will meet a total of three times at the SCERA Center for the Arts
in Orem (745
South State Street). The course will cover Character Development, Style,
Structure, Setting,
and Story Arc. Participants develop their stories and characters in class and
receive
immediate feedback from other workshop participants.
The workshop will be conducted by Christian Vuissa, screenwriter and director of
"The
Errand of Angels" and "Father in Israel."
