Irreantum leans in a much more scholarly direction than we will. We're going to stick with our middle-brow ethos. Plus Irreantum specializes belles-letteres with an occasional foray into film. I plan to consider the culture in all its aspects: spiritual culture, economic culture, celebrity culture, etc. All in a highly readable, entertaining and thought provoking style with that unique Mormon twist.
