In my opinion, creative individuals and enterprises *cannot afford to
overlook this bill* and *should strongly oppose it* - and write their
representatives to do so.
The Illustrator's Partnership is putting together something to let you
register your opposition with "the push of a button". I'm waiting
till then, and I'll update the entry and reply to this post when they
send that, but meanwhile I want to present my many reasons against the
bill.
