I am suprised Jenny Hanley wants anything to do with O.H.M.S.S considering that
she thinks it was the worst Bond movie made. She did not even turn up at the
Lazenby day at Pinewood in 2006 as promised.

It was a great day Barry. I actually got a photo of me and George sat at the
dinner table after most people had gone. Now it is framed on my O.H.M.S.S

PS: I know it's OT but the group is quiet and a little appreciation of Diana
Rigg as Emma Peel is a good thing ?

This is the awful hacked to pieces version with the voice-over, right?

"The film also features a steamy back-seat scene with the beautiful Diana
Rigg." - someone's imagination running away with them, methinks....
"The most impressive vehicle he has is from one of the least-popular Bond films,
1969's "On Her Majesty's Secret Service," starring one-time 007 George Lazenby."
- why do these idiots not check their facts - I mean they are being paid for
their drivel - in perpetuating this myth - it is a very popular Bond film which
broke box office records and now people who really appreciate Bond films state
it is the best!

However, if I knew of this bloke when I lived in Illinois I would have been up
there to visit like a shot!

I have this somewhere. It is an interesting curiousity though very difficult to
watch. I see the new 'Making of...' book finally tracked down who did the
voiceover.

I wonder if he's still alive. It would be interesting to get the lowdown on
this. We won't get any answers from ABC.

I agree it is very difficult to watch but it was something that cam up in
conversation last weekend and so I looked for my copy but alas! it ain't there
or I can see it.....but, thanks I will have a copy shortly to endure ? Ha!
They found out the voice-over person!
Well, ABC obviously couldn't care less about OHMSS - mind you it must have cost
them a pretty penny to mess the film up as much as they did and then employ a
man who sounds nothing like James Bond - the voice-over was as James Bond,
wasn't it?
