Was it signed? Actually, people will pay an extravagant price for less than that.
Now look at the price of the Three Stooges' autographs on an index card. It's almost
a thousand dollars. If it's worth it to the buyer, that's what matters.

I just asking is there any hope of converting every single episode
from each season to DVDs. And for the record, that wasn't a
complaint. I didn't mean to anger you. Honestly.
Do I hear a complaint about getting Lara's Juniper Lee on DVD?

Yes, that is correct. Her talent agency, SBV, has yet to send a
photograph of LJM after this lengthy time. No luck with my request
for her photo. Still waiting. Still hoping. And still not feeling
good about this. Take care all.

You mean I have to go to petitiononline.com to post my idea to get
Juniper Lee on DVD?
Any chance that Amazon.com will manufacture DVD set(s) of "The Life
and Times of Juniper Lee"? Because I enjoy seeing her in action,
and she's my all-time favorite Cartoon Network character. If Bloo
ever disses her off, I just hope June kicks his butt!
People that pre-ordered the set from amazon.ca and a few other Canadian
e-tailers have reported receiving their copies, so I guess Amazon.ca
didn't get the information from VEI in time. I ordered it on
the 4th before the new date was listed, so my order has been shipped.
Amazon.ca has the new date as January 16, 2007.
It won't be coming out on
October 3rd as originally announced. VEI
is delaying it until early 2007. Maybe we'll see Universal release
Season 2 in the U.S. around that same time.

Hi folks,
I was just looking at TVshowsonDVD.com and saw that Season 2 of Gimme A
Break will be released in Canada on October 3. There's a link at the
site for Amazon.ca and it's currently being sold there for 30% off.
Just wanted to give everyone the heads up. Canada is still Region One,
so the DVDs should play just fine in American players.
Best regards to all,
Mike
I love Lara as one of the Taktchkomas on Ghost in the Shell/Stand
Alone Complex. As the Taktchkoma (mobile computerized android
lifeform which is like a robot) with a crush on 'Mr Batou' the Cyborg
second in command of Unit 9 under Major Kucinagi and Chief Aramaki,
her whiney voice is perfect!
As June the Tze Xuan Ze or Protector of Magic Lara is too cute for
words. Her voice here is stronger and more determined than in Ghost.
I have heard her in so many different things that it was nice to
finally see her photo on this webpage. She is really quite a kawaii
enjeru (a lovely angel). I don't think that Lara has voiced anything
on my Angels OK Dirty Pair or DP Flash animes. June's dad looks a bit
like an older Jackie Chan and her Mom reminds me of Hermes' wife on
Futurama but only a bit. Jody is the perfect know it all friend and I
love the darkness of Ophelia even the name is ominous! In fact I
always thought that Ophelia would be better suited as TXZ than
Juniper. Candi Milo does her to perfection though. I remember her as
Astro Boy way back when. Lara and the rest of you guys- keep up the
great job in anime and all of ya have a happy and safe Labor Day
weekend and Kami bless each and every one of you-K&K
I just gotta know this Lara. Was that Patrick Stewart of Star Trek fame
voicing the Aqualand King last night in Water we waitin' for? eppy?
Thanks and keep up your great work. More soon from the Keiman. Kami
bless you--K&K

It took 6 years for me to receive a signed pic. from someone. I hope
you don't have to wait that long!

Fan Club Members,
Hooray!! It's our 6-month anniversary. Yes- can somebody please blow
out the candles and cut the cake. I requested a photo of Lara Jill
Miller from her talent agency (SBV from Hollywood) and have yet to
receive it. I even sent a self-addressed stamped envelope to her agency
and it has been 6 months with NO photo. Wow, this sure is a nice way to
treat her fans..... NOT!!!! Thanks for hearing me out. Frank R.
Dear gagmd,
Hey, don't intend to bother you again. But let me ask you this. You say
that you have kissed her before and that Lara was not your type. From
reading some of the comments about her real personality, I read that
she can be very "up-front," meaning she is not hesitant in speaking her
mind. I also read that she is not the shy-type of girl. I am not
downgrading or insulting her at all. I just wanted to know, from your
experience, is that true about her personality? And lastly, I can say
that having the chance of kissing LJM would be the greatest
accomplishment of my life. Lucky you. Thanks for hearing me out. Frank

Cant answer why she hasnt married Reed. When she started going out with him, she would tell me that there were days he wasnt talking because he wanted to preserve his voice. He was the lead on Broadway at the time. Cant really answer what her type was. And dont even know what my real chance was. I have kissed her but we never talked about it or took it further. I actually layed in bed with her once but did nothing. We were good friends and she lived on my floor...didnt think she was my type actually...lol

Dear Fan Club Member, Your information on LJM seems honest and true. Let me ask you this-- why would she date Reed Armstrong for 10-12 years without a marriage or children. Do you honestly know why? I would like to know the answers that. And lastly, wouldn't you agree that somebody such as Lara only dates those within her "class" (actors, lots of money, etc..) and would not date an "average man" such as myself (one who works 60 hours a week for a meager $58,000 a year salary? I just feel actors/actresses only date those who are in the same "class." What do you think? Thanks for hearing me out. Frank (frank-ecu) >

She left NY because she wanted to be an actress and really didn't like practicing law. Also, she was working during the day at the law firm so she could go on auditions in NYC. She actually left to Cali for a while then came back after she didn't get anything. The she decided to go back for good. Her boyfriend was the lead in a Broadway show so I think that also factored in on her delay to going to LA for good. She was also working on new head shots at the time, I should have asked her for 1, especially since we went together to pick them up.
Fan club member,
Thanks for the clarification on the "floor" party. Anyway, I can see
why she left New York--- the rain, the cold, the misery and the snow.
Those are the four components which we do not have here in Southern
California. Thanks for hearing me out. Frank (frank-ecu)

Lara and I lived on the same floor of an apartment building in NYC. We organized/hosted parties in the hallway, pizza etc, for everyone who lived on our floor to meet each other and socialize. This was before she went back to LA for good.

Dear Fan Club Member, I have a question for you. What the heck is a floor party? I have heard of many parties in my life but a "floor" party is a new word to me. Thanks for hearing me out. Frank R. (frank-ecu) >

Does anyone know where to email her so she may actually read it? I
haven't spoken to her since I moved out of NYC. Now that I have kids
its funny to hear an old friend of mine on TV, telling my kids that I
was friends with the voice. We used to have dinner weekly and threw
floor parties together.
Fan club members,
Can one of you please wake me up when I receive a photo of LJM? Just
tap me on my shoulder when it arrives. I have been waiting for 4 1/2
months for a photo of her. Lara's talent agency, SBV, needs to do a
better job with taking care of her loyals fans. I went as far as
enclosing a self-addressed stamped large manilla envelope and STILL NO
RESPONSE. Thanks for hearing me out. Frank (frank-ecu)
