Hi,

 

I did have a chance to ask her about how recently she's spoken with her fellow actors from Gimme A Break et al.  She said she talks to them now and again, and, of course, saw them at Nell Carter's funeral.  She said one of them (sorry, can't remember who) is happily settled down with kids.  They are well.

 

She said she's working with Henry Winkler on the new Clifford the Dog cartoon and it's a lot of fun to see him every morning.  She talked about the crowd she ran with in the 80s and how she managed to miss the whole death by lethal drugs community, but was friends with River Phoenix.

 

We talked about tons of stuff, really.  About her running career (marathons), her cat (whom she loves madly), her boyfriend, Internet fansites (she reads them now and again and was surprised at how quickly her photo at the Nell Carter funeral popped up). 

 

She's really interesting. I encourage all of you to randomly sit next to her on a plane next time you're flying cross country.
