Comments: Hi everyone! I haven't posted for this fanfic in a long time-five
years actually. LOL.
I suddenly got inspired and decided to post. Hopefully, I can finish some of
my older Labyrinth
Fanfics. I've even taken out my very first one EVER 'The Destiny Within' and
dusted it off for
completion. :) Oh! And I've made this one into an OHC also, because we need
some things other
than Sailor Moon posted to that List. This COULD turn into an NC 17+ if I get
the urge. I'll also
be completing 'Eternally Yours'.

I'm posting the previous two Chapters for those who can't remember this one!

Oh and if anyone would like to join our Jareth And Sarah List, it's the original
one, and is sort
of quite...we'd love some fresh members and Fanfics. :)

Chapter One

"I-I...can't live within you" The last words of the song fell softly from
Jareth's lips. He fell
silent, watching her chase Toby frantically over the Escher Room.

Sarah barely noticed Jareth anymore. All her being was focused on saving her
baby brother. A
brother who was currently sitting on the very edge of a high ledge. Far below
Sarah could see other
staircases. Toby would never make the fall alive. She only had one chance...The,
as she was
readying to leapt, an unseen clock began to chime. She froze in disbelief, eyes
shooting up
frantically to meet those of the Goblin King.

Jareth stood in the shadows of an upside down staircase. As the clock continued
to chime to the
thirteenth, he stepped out into the light, so that she could see his face.

Sarah's heart twisted as she saw his openly mocking smile. His bleu-grey eyes
blazed a triumph
visible even from her distance. A movement below had her glancing down to her
brother, in time to
see Toby blur and disappear from sight. "NO!" She cried out. "Bring him back!"

"He's mine now, Sarah" Jareth's voice came from right behind her.

Sarah whirled around, fists clenching at her sides involuntarily. She was filled
with both fear and
excitement. She had come so far! I couldn't end this way-and what did Jareth
intend to do with her
anyway? "You cheated" She whispered, eyes meeting his.

The Goblin King watched her carelessly, triumph in every line of his body. He
smiled at her,
revealing slightly pointed canine teeth. "I warned you not to defy me" He
murmured.

Sarah bit her lip, casting her mind back. There ought to have been time. She was
SO close! Abruptly
she remembered, after she and Hoggle had left he Oubliette...

Sarah followed Hoggle more slowly as the crystal ball rolled past their feet.
Even before the
Goblin King revealed himself, she'd known he was there. Then, distracted by
Hoggle's apparent
faithlessness, Sarah was almost at home in the handsome Goblin King's company.
So indignant that
all fear, all weakness was forgotten. Almost.

"And you Sarah," Jareth said quietly, placing a gloved hand on the wall above
her head. His body
was close. Sarah swallowed as her eyes met his blue-grey one's defiantly. "How
are you enjoying my
Labyrinth?"

His eyes dared her. They bore into her own with a mocking intensity that
immediately had Sarah on
her guard. "It's-" She hesitated, then threw back her head proudly, looking the
Goblin King right
in the eyes. "It's a piece of cake"

Jareth was so close that Sarah saw the brief flash of incredulity, cruelty and
strangely, pride, in
his eyes. "Really?" He said, turning his head. A clock appeared in the corner,
hanging from the
rock wall as if it had been the whole time. He gestured with a gloved hand, the
hands of the clock
winding forward by a few hours. "And how about upping the stakes?"

"That's not fair" Sarah gritted out, looking at the Goblin King with burning
eyes. How dare he
trick her like that? She'd lost precious hours back then, because HE hadn't
played fair!

He shrugged negligently, then raised a hand. Sarah readied herself, but the
Goblin King merely
smiled teasingly and adjusted one of his gloves. 'Forget about the baby" He said
mockingly. "Toby
is already one of us"

"Give him back" Sarah said desperately. Her heart sped up at the look he gave
her. Almost like
restrained feelings-

"Aren't you going to ask about yourself?" Jareth teased,walking closer.

Sarah held her ground, knowing that to step back would mean falling from the
ledge she had
previously been about to leap from. "What are you going to do with me?" Sarah
asked, mouth going
dry.

The Goblin king gave her an unreadable look from beneath his lashes. "Mmm, what"
He mused, looking
her up and down. He suddenly gave her a devastating smile. "Ah!"

["Ah!?"] Sarah questioned silently, abruptly nervous. The look in the Goblin
King's eyes was
positively wicked.

"You, my dear Miss Williams-" The Goblin King began grandly, stepping aside and
gesturing past
himself. "Can go home"

Sarah never moved. "What?" She said incredulously. He HAD to be up to something.

Jareth shook his head when she didn't move. "Oh dear" He mocked, a gloved hand
to his chin
thoughtfully. He studied her closely. "You STILL don't trust me. And after all
we've been through"

"Been through?" Sarah burst out, glaring. She took a step forward, then another
until their faces
were close. "You took my baby brother-"

"You asked it"

"You made me go through this damn Labyrinth of yours-"

"You requested to" He said, tone bored.

"Threw all sorts of monsters and bogs at me"

"The hazards of the game" He reasoned.

"Tricked me into eating a peach-"

"Hoggle did that" He laughed, amused.

"Made me dance and tried to kiss-" She broke off her words this time, face
flaming.

The Goblin King watched her, amusement in his eyes. "Yes well. We can remedy
that" He suggested
wickedly.

Sarah stepped back a pace, glaring. "Don't even TRY it, Goblin King"

"Hmm" Jareth conceded, looking bored again. "You go on and on about the terrible
hardships you've
had to go through-but when I offer you a way home, you hesitate"

Sarah's glare intensified as she realized he was telling the truth. She gritted
her teeth, marching
past him furiously. As she passed his body, the Goblin King laughed and reached
out for her. His
hands closed around her arms, swinging her around.

Sarah found herself plastered along the length of the Goblin King. All the
breath went out of her.
She raised her face slowly, almost fearfully. Their eyes met and locked.

"You're free for now, Sarah" He told her coolly. A smile spread over his lips,
thrilling Sarah at
it's wickedness. On a primitive level, deep inside, men like this had always
attracted her. And she
was sure that the handsome Goblin King KNEW it.

"Let-go" She said clearly, fully prepared to stomp his foot if he didn't comply.

"So cruel" He murmured. "So beautiful"

As she stood stunned, by his words, the Goblin king lowered his head and swiftly
kissed her.

Sarah's head reeled and then-she was home. She blinked, looking around the
living room in shock.
One minute in the Labyrinth being kissed ruthlessly by the gorgeous Goblin King,
the next in her
house.

Something rattled and her eyes flew towards the front door.

"We're home!" her dad called out as he came through the door and into the foyer.

Her step-mother followed, removing her coat. Karen looked up and saw Sarah,
standing there frozen.
"Hello Sarah" She said coolly, moving into the room. "How is Toby? Asleep?"

Sarah couldn't have said anything if she COULD have talked. ["No, Karen"] She
thought in dread.
["Toby-"]

"I'm afraid young Toby is no longer in the house" A cool voice stated. The air
between her and her
parents blurred, the Goblin king stepping out.

Inside, Sarah was stunned. Having Jareth appear was the last thing she had
expected. At the least,
she had thought he would have left her to take the blame for the disappearance
of her brother.

"I must say, you humans take remarkable little care of your children" Jareth
mocked.

"Who are you?" Robert demanded.

"What do you MEAN, Toby isn't in the house?" Karen shrilled.

"He in my castle" The Goblin King said, summoning a crystal. Sarah's parents
looked into it as a
picture of the throne room appeared. The pit in the center was full of carousing
Goblins.

Karen looked closely, frightened. "Where?" She said.

The Goblin King smiled chillingly. "He's the Goblin sitting at the base of the
throne"

"WHAT?!" Karen shrieked, reeling back against her husband. Both eyed Jareth with
horror.

"I turned your child into a Goblin" He stated wickedly, looking sideways at the
silent Sarah. "Now"
He said, getting down to it. "Unless you want me to have him destroyed, I
suggest you say that he
was kidnapped by-" The Goblin king looked around, gesturing negligently. All
around him and through
the house, things exploded and upturned.

"Jareth" Sarah murmured, perplexed. WHAT exactly was he DOING?!

"-three mysterious, but frightening men. Who bound up Sarah" Here, ropes came
from nowhere and
leapt at Sarah. She shrieked as they tightly bound her and she fell to the side.
Casually, Jareth
caught her up in his arms, smiling. "Oh dear and SO helpless to stop anything
they did to the
house"

"Who ARE you?" Robert demanded. "And let Sarah go this instant!"

The Goblin King smiled at Robert condescendingly, then looked down at his
burden. "Never" He said
slowly, clearly. Gently, Jareth placed Sarah onto the floor, still bound. He
straightened, looking
at the Williams icily. "Unfortunately, YOU came home while the house was being
ransacked and the
three men overwhelmed you and knocked you unconscious!" With a flourish, Jareth
threw a Crystal at
Karen and Robert, who immediately fell to the floor unconscious.

"Damn you! What are you DOING! Let me UP Jareth!" Sarah shouted from the floor.

The Goblin King turned, kneeling by her side. He looked at her in amusement. "I
think I covered
everything nicely, wouldn't you say Sarah?" He mocked.

"Nicely" She gritted, glaring. "Now what?"

"Now" Jareth said, gesturing. A strip of cloth appeared in his hands. Sarah eyed
it with horror. "I
gag you and leave it till your lovely parents wake up" Promptly, Sarah was
gagged. Jareth tightened
the knot firmly, but not painfully and rose to his feet. "Don't worry, my sweet.
They won't sleep
for long"

"Mmmpp!" Sarah yelled through the gag.

Jareth smiled, cupping a gloved hand teasingly near his ear. "What was that?
Hmm?"

Sarah glared at him, effectively silenced and vowing vengeance on him if she
ever got free.

"Your eyes can be so cruel" He murmured, staring down at her. "But I,
fortunately, am crueler. You
are no match for me Sarah" He turned to leave. "Oh, and Sarah?"

She looked up at him, eyes blazing. "You have three years"

["What?"] She gasped silently.

"When you turn 18" The Goblin King smiled at her, eyes darkening hungrily.
"You're MINE"

Then he disappeared.

Sarah lay there, totally shocked. ["When I turn 18-I'm HIS?!"] Her eyes widened
until the whites
showed. ["Only three years! There's no way to escape him-"]

There was a groan and she looked over to see her parents coming around. ["This
can't be happening!"]

"Uh-Sarah?" Robert's eyes opened. He sought his daughter and saw her tied and
gagged on the floor.
"Oh dear!" H scrambled over to her, undoing the gag quickly.

Sarah breathed in deeply, as her Father untied her.

Karen went slowly towards the phone and dialed the police.

Sarah and her Father sat ion the floor silently, until Karen came back. She too
sat on the ground,
then looked at Sarah. "Tell us what happened"
