Darkness fills the void that once held my soul



Darkness...



That is all there was until I saw her



Her sweet innocence burned my skin like the light of the sun...like the flame of
a candle in the darkest recesses of the night



She is the flame and I am the moth



She is the beauty and I am the beast



Fae, beast, monster, demon, and the waking mortal worlds worst nightmare and
darkest desire...I am all of this and so much more



To her, I am a dark dream from childhood--a dark angel who watches over her



I am one of the shadows she tries to hide from when darkness claims the light



She knows that I watch and wait...



I watch her now as she sleeps



Warm flesh on dark silk-mine to claim



How I long to taste her sweetness, feel the velvet touch of her skin



No, I will not force her.



She must say the words and come to me as a willing sacrifice, slave, lover, and
queen



To me she must offer up her soul and bind herself to my dark corruption
forever...



In the darkness of the underground





The Maiden...



Fear is what I feel when darkness falls



This is his time to torment me



A time of nightmares and dark desires



I know he watches me like some sort of dark angel---waiting to claim me



I can feel his presence in the darkest corners of my room



He is one with the shadows from my childhood



I can always tell when he is there-watching me from the dark



The air becomes thick with the scent of magic-like lighting during a storm



I hate him, love him, want him, but most of all I fear him



I will never give in to him



To do so would mean joining him in his kingdom of darkness and sacrificing a
part of myself to him



The most precious part.
