To be honest with you, Darryl, i have the same big problem as you do, that is i
have big problems finding dramas and movies of kou. From the list you've given i
can only find VCD of <Dr Koto> and <California Dreamin> but i'm not too sure
about the subtitles just yet, if you want i can check it out for you.

4. Tokyo Gomi Onna (Tokyo Trash Baby)

and the TV Dramas

1. Dr. Koto

2. California Dreamin

3. Lucky! (not Good Luck)

4. Love Quotient

If you have any information on these films please let
me know.
