LOL - I felt a little annoying too, for being so
everpresent here lately. It's just that I'm a bit overexcited
to have discovered this place, since I've only
recently discovered Kevin and his exceptional talent.
<br><br>I really appreciate all that you've done on your
extensive page - and in setting up this club, so absolutely
no apologies are needed here on my end for getting a
little behind on things now and then. Gawd, I know how
college can be. (ick) I attended off and on for a couple
of years but didn't much care for the rigidity and
structure of it, especially when most of the curriculum was
repetitive and uninteresting to me since music was my thing
(and I didn't want to be trained for that.) So I
stopped the school nonsense abruptly and opted for
backpacking across country with my guitar playing songs and
singing on the street. ; ) Hell of a lot more fun - and
better for my writing too. : )<br><br>To save pictures
from the web: Right click on any photo (I'm assuming
you have a PC and not a Mac) and choose *Save As*. A
file window will pop up and you can just choose to hit
*Save* to save it right there, or use the scroll down
menu on the file window to find whichever folder you'd
like to store the photo(s) in. (Just remember where
you've stored it!) Whenever you want to retrieve it
simply go to the toolbar, hit *File*, *Open*, and then
scroll down to find the folder in which you placed the
photos. (Sort of the reverse of what you did in order to
save them.) It's really quite easy, but if I didn't
explain it properly just e-mail me and I'll try again. ;
)<br><br>Yes - help yourself to any of the images I stored
here! As for the stationery, I'm not sure which servers
other than AOL use it. We have the option at AOL of
creating a background in our e-mail. It's a really neat
feature. Yahoo mail is wicked primitive so there's no way
to do it. Hotmail will let you choose from 6 of
their lame background colours, so that's not much fun
either. In any case, you can take the image, store it on
your computer, import it into *Microsoft Publisher*
(go into *Publisher*, hit *Insert*, *Clip Art*, and
then *Import*)and print out a hard copy for use that
way! : ) I can do way better than these that I've
posted, I just did these very quickly. I have something
neat I'll be posting in the next week, so check back.
