Today is Kelly's 30th birthday!

For 30 years, Kelly has graced this world and made it a better place
for each and every soul she has touched. May this day bring Kelly
all the simple beauty and sheer happiness she has brought into the
lives of everyone lucky enough to have known this wonderful woman.
Kelly is truly an inspiration, and she knows very well those are
more than mere words...they are sentiments spoken from the heart.

I credit Kelly with inspiring me to rediscover my passion for
writing. Over the years, I have dedicated various poems and stories
to Kelly as a way of thanking her for being the inspiration I
needed. In honor of Kelly's special day, I composed a pair of Haiku
especially for her:
