Keeley Fans is a message list for fans of English actress Keeley Hawes. She is probably best known for her roles as Kitty in "Tipping the Velvet" (2002) and as Zoë Reynolds in "Spooks" (2002-04, called MI-5 in the U.S.). She also provides the voice for Lara Croft in "Tomb Raider: Legend" (2006) and "Tomb Raider: Anniversary" (2007). She will play DCI Alex Drake in the "Life on Mars" spin-off, "Ashes to Ashes" (2008) opposite Philip Glenister. She also stars in Frank Oz's new film "Death at a Funeral," being released August 2007, and the upcoming heist film "Baker Street" (2008).
Some of her other recent roles have included Rosie in the final two episodes of "The Vicar of Dibley" (2006/7), Nicola in "After Thomas" (2006), Fancy Day in "Under the Greenwood Tree" (2005), Ella (Lady Macbeth) in "Macbeth" (2005), Kate in "The Best Man" (2006) and Elisabeth Shandy (Tristram's mother) in Michael Winterbottom's film "Tristram Shandy" (2005).
Other productions she has starred in include "Wives & Daughters," (1999), "The Moonstone" (1997), "Complicity" (2000), "The Last September" (1999), "Our Mutual Friend" (1998), "Lucky Jim" (2003), "The Murdoch Mysteries" (2004) and "The Blonde Bombshell" (1999). She also provides the voice for the Maid Marion in the videogame "Robin Hood's Quest" (2006).
Keeley (who was born in 1978) is married to her former "Spooks" co-star Matthew MacFayden. Keeley has a son, Myles (born 2000), from her first marriage to Spencer McCullum. Keeley and Matthew have two children together: Maggie (born December 2004) and Ralph (born September 2006).
