Hi guys,

I know its been a couple years since I was active here - due to a lot
of things, been very busy... Did a couple National Fitness Competitions
here in South Africa. Also had a small part in a movie called Scorpion
King 2: Rise of a Warrior, with 6 time UFC champ Randy Couture. I see
its being released in the USA on 19 Aug 2008.

I still am an avid fan of JC and my dad is in Belgium now and said he
always sees interviews with JC on TV and his new movie about his life
is about to be released there :) I am actually considering moving back
to Belgium too or maybe indead i'll be in the USA thinking of a working
stint on some cruise ships there...

Keep in touch guys...Kasey, Tonya, Dan all of the old
members...thinking of you guys :)
